Planning Process
Everything starts with listening. We hold two WhatsApp and one in-person planning meeting, with the different groups each week — spaces where people of all ages and abilities share ideas, shape activities, and support one another. Many meet up independently too, knowing their voices are shaping the future of this organisation.
Member Voices
Our members — young and old — have shared what they’d love to be part of: storytelling, filming, sound recording, and decorating events. These aren’t just ideas — they’re seeds of projects that could grow into paid work.

Co-Creation With Locals
Our volunteers and team are continuing to grow through hands-on training — including Advanced Safeguarding (3 team members certified), Level 2 Food Hygiene (3 team members certified), and the Ai123 Programme (3 participants completed and received certificates), championed by Neighbourly. With two follow-up sessions already lined up, we're embedding tech confidence and community responsibility into the heart of what we do.
